Lee Slater

Group Director - owner

From Bishop Auckland. Lee joined the British Army at the age of 16, he was trained & assigned to the Light Infantry which later merged to The Rifles. He served on active duty in Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, 2 tours of Iraq & 2 tours of Afghanistan. On his last tour of Afghanistan he was awarded an MiD for gallantry by Queen Elizabeth II & after 14 years of service he left as a Senior Non Commissioned Officer.

After leaving the forces Lee worked in the Middle East as a hostile environment close protection operative. During his time in the Middle East he worked in Senior Corporate Management roles within the security industry gaining vast experience in risk/operational management.

On returning to the UK Lee found himself working as the North East Facilities Manager for a leading International property company. During this time he experienced what it was like to be a client to Security Companies. He personally witnessed the best & worst on how services were delivered. With this in mind & the desire to always move back to security, Flag Security Group was established. Lee has a vision & high standards, Flag Security Group is a friendly, fair, Trustworthy security group delivering Tier 1 services.

Sean Parry

Operations director

Born and raised in County Durham with deep community ties. Sean comes from a military background serving a number of years with the British Army. During his military career Sean has developed a great understanding of risk management & logistic planning. After leaving the British Army Sean has worked in sales. With a proven record and displaying he can deliver quality products and services with customer focus and customer aftercare.

Sean's journey into the Security Industry with his accumulated 7 years management experience has allowed him to advance to the tip of the sword and has been a welcomed addition by our clients.

Sean has a unmatched enthusiasm for security & ensuring all around him deliver the best of services.

As the Operations Manager for FSG he is trusted to manage and oversee the day to day running of our security contracts and has shown a great passion for developing new connections & maintaining relationships with our current clients.

EBEN TATAM

TRAINING Manager

eben's career started serving in the British army where he was trained & assigned to the parachute regiment. Eben has deployed on operations across the world gaining valuable experience in risk management & strategy planning.

after leaving the British army eben has enjoyed a fruitful career in the close protection industry. deploying all over the world such as Iraq, Afghanistan, lybia to name a few. Eben has broad experience in hostile & executive close protection. over a decade of experience in the industry he has held appointments of team leader, Security manager, training manager & operations manager supporting commercial & hnwi clients.

EBEN HAS ALWAYS HAD A PASSION FOR TRAINING WITH HIS DYNAMIC TEACHING STYLE & DRIVE FOR HIGH STANDARDS IN THE INDUSTRY HE IS A WELCOME ADDITION TO THE FSG SENIOR MANAGEMENT. AS TRAINING MANAGER WHO STILL CONDUCTS LIVE CP TASKS YOU WILL HAVE THE ADDED VALUE OF A CURRENT EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTOR.

MATTY ALLISON

AREA Manager - ds instructor

MATTY IS FROM COUNTY DURHAM AND COMES FROM THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR OVER THE YEARS MATTY HAS WORKED AS A DOOR SUPERVISOR ON VARIOUS VENUES ACROSS THE COUNTY DURHAM REGION.  WITH HIS DS EXPERIENCE HE HAS GAINED CONFLICT MANAGEMENT & RISK MANAGEMENT experience AND HAs A DYNAMIC APPROACH WHEN DEALING WITH WORK.

mATTY IS CLOSE PROTECTION TRAINED & LICENSED AND ALSO WORKS ON LIVE TASKS WITH FSG PLANNING, DEALING WITH CLIENTS WITH A CUSTOMER FOCUS.

mATTY IS EMPLOYED AS OUR AREA MANGER NORTH OVERSEEING OUR SECURITY CONTRACTS AND WORKING ALONGSIDE THE OPERATIONS Manager. With his passion to develop his peers and newcomers to the industry matty takes the lead as an instructor on our door supervisor courses.
