Flag Security Group conduct Vacant Property Inspections (VPI's) across the North East & North Yorkshire. FSG offer this service on a frequency that fits the clients needs, this is on offer to businesses & residential. We offer this service on a 30 day rolling service agreement ensuring our clients are not tied down to lengthy contracts. Landlords do not always have the time and recourses to check on properties to ensure they are secure & not damaged. FSG conduct inspections then create & submit a visit report to the client. This report is proof that inspections have been conducted satisfying compliance to the landlords Insurance carrier. All reports have the following information included but not limited to:

• GPS data (visit times & date)
• Basic HSE report
• Security report
• Pictures of site
• Meter Reads

With the increase in empty properties rising across the UK we offer a rented Intruder Alarm Service for our clients. In-between tenants landlords may require more than a VPI once a week or require a enhanced layer of security. FSG offer a rented Intruder alarm to secure the property when void. The benefits are as follow but not limited to:
